FANCY, SWEET, LOW IN ALCOHOL

What you need

  • 1 GLASS SOUR CHERRIES
  • 250 G FLOUR
  • ½ PCK. BAKING POWDER
  • 1 TSP BICARBONATE OF SODA
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 110 G SUGAR
  • ½ PCK VANILLA SUGAR
  • 150 G CHOPPED WHITE CHOCOLATE
  • 120 G MELTED BUTTER
  • 85 G CURD
  • 120 G SOUR CREAM
  • 1 FRESH EGG
  • 250 ML MANGAROCA BATIDA DE CÔCO

And off you go!

PLACE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS (FLOUR, COCONUT FLAKES, BAKING POWDER, BICARBONATE OF SODA, SALT, SUGAR, VANILLA SUGAR, WHITE CHOCOLATE) IN A BOWL AND MIX. STIR THE LIQUID INGREDIENTS (BUTTER, QUARK, SOUR CREAM, EGG, MANGAROCA BATIDA DE CÔCO) UNTIL CREAMY.
NOW ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE LIQUID INGREDIENTS AND FOLD IN THE DRAINED CHERRIES. PLACE THE MIXTURE ON THE MUFFIN MOULDS AND BAKE FOR 25-30 MINUTES AT 180 DEGREES. WHATS’APP TO THE BFF’S WITH AN INVITATION TO A MUFFIN PARTY!
