What you need

  • 150 - 200 ML MANGAROCA BATIDA DE CÔCO
  • 50 ML FRESH MILK
  • 200 ML FRESH CREAM
  • 3 TBSP SUGAR
  • 1 TBSP GRATED COCONUT
  • 1 HANDFUL FRESH RASPBERRIES

And off you go!

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND PLACE IT IN AN ICE CREAM MAKER. AFTER CA. 20 MINUTES, THE TASTY COOL MIXTURE IS PERFECT. PUT THE MIXTURE IN COOL ICE MOULDS, POP A STICK IN AND LEAVE IT IN THE FREEZER FOR COMPARTMENT FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS. IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN ICE-CREAM MAKER, YOU CAN PLACE THE MIXTURE IN THE ICE MOULDS STRAIGHT AWAY AND LEAVE TO FREEZE OVERNIGHT. SUMMER, WE’RE READY!
